You can’t just do whatever your clients say; you have to meet their needs.

Are you a newer agent or a seasoned vet? Whatever the case is for you, the real question is, are you an order taker or a problem solver?

There are a lot of reasons why we become Realtors or real estate brokers, but in my opinion, it all comes down to taking people from where they are to where they want to be. A home is most people’s largest financial asset. So are you an order taker or a problem solver? 

When we go on buyer appointments and listing appointments, we can’t be order takers. Yes, we have to find out what the consumer wants and what their needs are. However, it’s our job as leaders in the real estate industry to take our clients from where they are to where they want to be in a successful manner. 

Problem solvers end up succeeding. We don’t just take orders from our clients. We guide them through the process, whether it’s buying or selling. They rely on our expertise to make this process seamless.
