Three activities you should be doing during the quiet summer period.

Were July and August slow for you? Did you kick back, relax, and not follow up with your prospects? Most agents are slacking off during July and August, saying that it’s slow and that they don’t need to do much.  Guess what—the agents not doing anything to move their business forward are just pushing back their success. Here are three things you should’ve done during July and August:

1. Following up. You should be following up with your clients in a non-pestering way so they know you’re there for them.

2. Write handwritten notes. Let your clients know that you’re thinking about them and you’re available whenever they’re ready to make a move.

3. Give thanks to referral clients. You should take at least 10 of your past clients who like to refer you out to lunch every quarter or mail them something of value. It’s a good way to touch base with your past clients and with prospects.

If there’s anything I can do for you or if you have any questions, reach out to me by phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you and answering your questions. Have a great day.
