To address this, I’ve implemented a communication guarantee in my business. When working with sellers and buyers, I commit to regular, weekly communication. If I fail to uphold this promise, my clients have the right to hold me accountable, and I’ll mail them a check.

2. Easy exit listing contract. Traditional long-term listing contracts can deter potential clients. To stand out, offer an easy exit listing agreement. In my case, the listing contract my sellers sign is day-to-day. This commitment to flexibility holds us accountable to our clients. If they’re dissatisfied for any reason, they can terminate the contract within a 24-hour notice.
